Cym Warkov Ceramics — Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your handmade ceramics safely, affordably, and promptly.

Order processing

- Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 8–12 weeks; estimated lead time will be shown on the product page

- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

- Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package ships.


Shipping methods & carriers

- Domestic (U.S.): We use UPS Ground depending on package size/weight and destination. Carrier chosen is at our discretion to ensure safe, cost-effective delivery.

- Expedited: UPS 2nd Day available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping rates

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

- Free domestic shipping on most vases and bowls.- Oversize/heavy items: Some large or extra fragile pieces may incur a higher shipping fee; this will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging & handling

- Handling time: Fragile or oversized items may require additional handling time; this will be reflected in estimated delivery dates.

International orders & customs

- Customer responsible for duties/taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

- Customs forms: We declare the item value accurately on customs paperwork. If you need a commercial invoice with different terms, contact us before ordering.

- Restricted/prohibited items: Some countries restrict ceramic goods or glazes. If delivery is blocked by local customs, we will contact you with options.

Tracking & delivery

- Tracking: A tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation email. Track your package on the carrier’s website.

- Delivery attempts: Carriers may require a signature for high-value items. If you miss a delivery, follow carrier instructions for redelivery or pickup. We are not responsible for carrier-delivery delays once the package has left our facility.

- Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you provide an incorrect address, additional shipping fees to redirect or reship may apply.

Shipping insurance & lost/damaged packages

- Damage in transit: Carefully inspect all packages on arrival. If an item is damaged, keep all packaging and file a claim with the carrier within their time frame. Also email photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to info@cymwarkovceramics.com within 7 days so we can assist with the claim and next steps.

- Lost packages: If tracking indicates delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges related to shipping

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns but will exchange for another item or store credit.

However, if an item has been damaged in transit, please consult the relevant sections of our Shipping Policy.


  • Returns due to damage: If an item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace the item or offer a refund after validating the damage and carrier claim.
