Refund policy
We have a 7-day Return for credit or exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for credit or exchange.
*Customer pays return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon.
To be eligible for a return for credit, or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i it's original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (charges may apply), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of goods) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*if you notice that the shipping box is damaged or has been opened please take photos or a video before opening. photograph any damage caused by shipping and attach to your return request email. *This helps us file a claim with the shipper.
*No shipping charge on return shipping of damaged or incorrect items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Sale items, seconds and prototypes. Please email us with questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Please closely inspect photographs and descriptions of items that you wish to purchase, as our products are hand made and are wabi-sabi in nature. They may have intentional drips, superficial decorative cracks and intentional "aging" Our vases are watertight unless specified.
