Thank you so much for shopping with Cym Warkov Ceramics. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we want your experience — from checkout to unboxing — to feel just as special. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
Order Processing
We prepare each order within 1–4 business days. Because our pieces are made by hand, we take a little extra time to make sure everything is packed beautifully and safely. Processing times don't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via UPS with estimated delivery times of 1–5 business days. Shipping is free within the contiguous USA on most items — the only exceptions are oversized pieces or items that require crated shipping due to their size. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, feel free to reach out before purchasing!
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We'd love to send our ceramics around the world! Please email us at info@cymwarkovceramics.com for a custom international shipping quote before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We want your order to arrive safely, and unfortunately we're unable to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please reach out to us at info@cymwarkovceramics.com to get the process started — we're happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack every order with great care, but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
