Returns

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery on full-price items, provided the piece is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Second quality and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend insured shipping for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging every piece, but we understand that accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately — this is essential for us to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf:

  1. Do not discard any packaging. Keep the original box, all packing materials, and any inner wrapping exactly as received.
  2. Photograph everything — the exterior of the box (including any visible damage), the interior packaging, and the broken item itself.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number. Claims cannot be filed without documentation, and delays may affect eligibility.

Once we receive your photo evidence, we will work to replace your item as quickly as possible. We are committed to making it right — your satisfaction and the integrity of every piece we send out matters deeply to us. Without photos of both the packaging and the damaged item, we are unable to process a claim or offer a replacement.

Care Instructions

Our ceramics are made from porcelain and are built to last with proper care.

  • Hand wash only — do not place in the dishwasher.
  • Avoid prolonged soaking.
  • Dry thoroughly before storing.
  •  avoid contact with oils, dyes, or harsh cleaning agents.
  • For lamp bases, wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
